Climate Litigation in the Global South Project: Bibliography

Bibliography

As part of the GNHRE Project on Climate Litigation in the Global South, we have developed an annotated bibliography of resources. Our recent work includes up-to-date and diverse scholarship on climate change law and litigation, particularly by the Global South Scholars. The bibliography is developed by our researchers Prof. Melanie Jean Murcott, Dr. Maria Antonia Tigre, Şimal Efsane Erdoğan, Lavinia Bhaskaruni, Felix LeRoux.  Each round of the GNHRE Project on Climate Litigation in the Global South, we are compiling a bibliography of sources concerning climate change law and litigation in the Global South. If you have additional resources (in English or other languages) that you would like to suggest to update to the bibliography, please use this form. The second round of the project will specifically focus on vulnerable groups in climate litigation in the Global South (such as women, children, Indigenous groups, the elderly, people with disabilities, etc). Please also use this form to suggest resources for targeted bibliographies that will be developed for the second round.
