Ben is currently a postgraduate student of International Law at the University of Lincoln. His interests predominantly centre around human rights, more specifically the rights of children in both a domestic and international context, and in particular the right to education. It is Ben’s intention to continue to pursue these lines of interest into an academic career. As part of his LLM studies, Ben has undertaken an Environmental Law module and this has served to spark an interest in the wider application of human rights in the context of environmental protection and international environmental legal thinking.
Ben has previously contributed to The Student Lawyer in the context of human rights and domestic criminal law.
Alongside his continued studies, Ben works as a Business Development Manager for a nationwide charitable organisation devoted to improving the lives and experiences of children and young people.
