The panel will explore the role of the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment in the transition. The speakers will reflect on the practice concerning the implementation of this right in different regions. The speakers will provide insights from regional rights systems that formally recognise the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment, as well as from regions where the explicit recognition of this right is under debate.
