Sustainability Law: Comparative, Interdisciplinary, and Intradisciplinary Perspectives (abstracts)
Promoting sustainable development is one of the most complex challenges where international, cross-jurisdictional, and -disciplinary understanding is key for finding feasible and effective solutions. Yet, the current discussions are often confined to individual legal systems and legal disciplines, with limited integration across fields or engagement with other sciences. The Junges Nachhaltigkeitsrecht 2025 tackles this fragmented approach. It will provide an opportunity for discussion, the creation of a robust network that brings together diverse research efforts, and the fostering of lasting collaborations. We invite young researchers (Master, PhD, Postdoc, or assistant professors) to submit abstracts of up to 800 words (including footnotes and references) by February 28, 2025. Conference: June 19-21, 2025 in Hamburg, Germany. See more here.
