Living Planet Earth

Living Planet Earth is a 501c(3) non-profit engaged in the development of a portable and scalable solar water purification system for the benefit of impoverished regions without a consistent source of pure water.

The Living Planet Earth system has the potential to be scaled up to desalinate large volumes of seawater using solar power to irrigate semi-arid land. Some ideal locations include the African coasts, India, Middle East and Mexico. When irrigated, this land will have the capability to grow a 75 to 100 foot bamboo canopy thereby cooling the surface temperature and creating semi-shade to enable other crops to grow.
